  1. Buyer and Seller Agreement: Buyers and sellers are encouraged to discuss and agree on return policies before completing a transaction. This includes conditions for returns, time frames, and refund methods.
  2. Product Inspection: Buyers should thoroughly inspect products upon delivery to ensure they meet expectations and match the listed description.
  3. Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, both parties should communicate directly to resolve issues amicably.

Return Conditions

A product may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  1. It does not match the description or specifications on the product listing.
  2. It is damaged, expired, or defective upon delivery.
  3. The wrong product was delivered.

Return Process

  1. Notify the Seller: Contact the seller directly within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product to report any issues.
  2. Provide Evidence: Share clear photos or videos that highlight the issue with the product.
  3. Agreement and Resolution: The seller will review the complaint and propose a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return.

Escrow Payment Protection (Coming Soon)

To enhance buyer protection, our upcoming escrow-like payment system will hold funds securely until both parties confirm satisfaction with the transaction. This will help prevent disputes and ensure fairness.
