- Buyer and Seller Agreement: Buyers and sellers are encouraged to discuss and agree on return policies before completing a transaction. This includes conditions for returns, time frames, and refund methods.
- Product Inspection: Buyers should thoroughly inspect products upon delivery to ensure they meet expectations and match the listed description.
- Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes, both parties should communicate directly to resolve issues amicably.
Return Conditions
A product may be eligible for a return or refund if:
- It does not match the description or specifications on the product listing.
- It is damaged, expired, or defective upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Return Process
- Notify the Seller: Contact the seller directly within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product to report any issues.
- Provide Evidence: Share clear photos or videos that highlight the issue with the product.
- Agreement and Resolution: The seller will review the complaint and propose a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return.
